Manager-Nursing Lvl 2 – Cardiothoracic / Vascular Operating Room

Role: Manage nursing care delivery to a specific patient population, ensuring quality clinical outcomes and optimal resource utilization. Promote a professional practice environment aligned with organizational goals, enhancing coworker engagement, patient satisfaction, safety, and fiscal performance. Implement elements of the Nursing Strategic Plan in the department, consistent with the organization’s mission, values, and standards.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; active pursuit of a Baccalaureate degree accepted for internal transfers. Must hold a current RN license or permit in the practice state. A minimum of three years of clinical experience with demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills, and management ability. Proficiency in computer use and data analysis is essential. BSN and Master’s degree are preferred, along with specialty practice certifications.
