Role Summary:

Leads centralized scheduling and workforce optimization operations within a global captive center, focusing on resource allocation, staffing efficiency, performance management, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Qualifications

• Leadership: Proven experience managing centralized scheduling, workforce management, resource optimization, or operations teams.
• Workforce Optimization: Strong background in staffing allocation, capacity planning, workforce forecasting, scheduling, and resource balancing.
• Healthcare Operations: Experience supporting clinical, nursing, or healthcare workforce operations is highly relevant.
• KPI & Analytics: Skilled in monitoring KPIs, SLAs, productivity, utilization, service quality, and operational performance using data-driven insights.
• Process Improvement: Experience driving process standardization, automation, workflow optimization, and operational transformation.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate with clinical, operations, HR, finance, and administrative leaders across local and global teams.
• Technology: Familiarity with workforce management, scheduling, reporting, and operational systems/tools.
• Compliance & Quality: Knowledge of workforce policies, labor guidelines, quality assurance, audits, documentation, and risk management.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate workforce data and operational trends into actionable recommendations for leadership.
