You'll be responsible for leading a small team of engineers and automation specialists while remaining actively involved in solution design, development, and delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers and automation professionals
• Design, develop, and deliver automation and AI-driven solutions for clients
• Build and improve modern development workflows and automation frameworks
• Partner with leadership to shape the team's technical direction and growth
• Contribute hands-on to development projects and technical problem solving
• Support the implementation of AI technologies, including automation and RAG-based solutions
• Drive innovation and help identify new opportunities for clients

About You

• 5-7+ years of software development experience
• Recent experience working with automation technologies and AI-driven solutions
• Previous management, team leadership, or technical lead experience
• Comfortable remaining hands-on with coding and architecture
• Experience building automation workflows, integrations, and scalable systems
• Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and modern AI tooling is highly desirable
• A creative, adaptable problem-solver who can think beyond traditional corporate processes
