Manager of Engineering (Business Technology)

• We are seeking an Engineering Manager for our Business Technology area who will lead the engineering efforts that power Garner’s internal customer support engine. This role reports to the VP of Platform Engineering and is critical to ensuring our internal employee-facing systems scale seamlessly as we enter our next phase of hyper-growth
• You will be responsible for the technical vision and execution that allows Garner to maintain its industry-leading efficiency while supporting a rapidly expanding employee base
• Own Garner’s identity provider solution end to end ensuring the optimal onboarding and off-boarding experience for our employees and contractors while maintaining the proper security bar
• Own Garner’s internal network end to end, ensuring a seamless networking experience for employees in our NYC HQ
• Grow and develop the business technology team, owning the capacity planning, hiring, development, and termination of support and systems engineering resources
• Provide and nurture meaningful metrics that demonstrate your organization’s health at a glance, including Support SLA adherence, etc

• Okta, Iru, Crowdstrike, Serval / Ravenna, Claude, GWS, MacOS
