What they need

Who you are

  • 8+ years of program or project management experience in legal, compliance, regulatory, or operations—ideally within a regulated industry such as healthcare, life sciences, consumer products, or e-commerce
  • Demonstrated experience designing and building programs and processes from scratch, not just running existing ones—including intake, workflow, documentation, and governance design
  • Hands-on experience with one or more of: supply chain / vendor compliance, marketing / advertising compliance, or product regulatory compliance
  • A track record of process creation and continuous improvement—mapping workflows, removing friction, and building repeatable playbooks, templates, and self-serve resources
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; comfort partnering with Legal, Regulatory, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product, and Engineering stakeholders and translating between them
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage many workstreams simultaneously
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action; you can operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment and bring structure where none exists
  • Proficiency with program/project management and collaboration tooling (e.g., ticketing/intake systems, trackers, and workflow automation)
  • Experience in telehealth, digital health, pharmacy, or another regulated healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with privacy frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, CCPA/CPRA, GDPR) and/or advertising and product-claim regulations (e.g., FTC, FDA)
  • Experience supporting vendor due-diligence, third-party risk, or supplier onboarding programs
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CIPP, CIPM, or Six Sigma / process-improvement credentials)
  • We are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and a strong sense of belonging. If you're excited about this role, we encourage you to apply—even if you're not sure if your background or experience is a perfect match

What the job involves

  • We are looking for an outstanding Manager, Legal Programs (Product) to join our growing Product Legal function
  • We're looking for a Senior Product Manager II to lead fraud and identity/authentication together at Wrapbook; two domains that lean on the same signals and the same underlying infrastructure, and work best under one owner
  • You'll define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for how we detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, and how we verify and protect identity, across the full customer lifecycle
  • This is a hands-on, build-with-engineers role, not a hand-it-off-and-wait one
  • Fraud and identity also touch other teams' domains (company setup, worker onboarding, vendor payments, and more), so you'll work across those wherever it's relevant, bringing your Fraud expertise to influence and orchestrate a holistic, seamless fraud and identity customer experience
  • You'll also partner with the Legal & GRC team with your solutions as you own the tech that powers Wrapbook's KYC and AML compliance
  • You'll guide fraud operations (triage, investigation, case handling), enabling your partners in the Client Operations org
  • You own the product decisions: what gets detected, prevented, and surfaced to customers, and in what order
  • You'll report to the Senior Manager of Product Management, Onboarding & Lifecycle
  • Program design & build. Design and stand up scalable legal compliance programs from the ground up—defining scope, intake, workflows, roles and responsibilities (RACI), SLAs, tooling, and documentation—so that legal review is consistent, well-governed, and auditable across the business
  • Process creation & improvement. Map existing legal and compliance processes, identify gaps and bottlenecks, and continuously refine them; build repeatable playbooks, templates, checklists, and self-serve resources that reduce cycle time and manual effort while improving quality and coverage
  • Knowledge Repository and Resource Library Management. Partner cross functionally with Marketing Compliance and Product teams to create, maintain and update knowledge repositories and guidance documents to be leveraged by teams for self-service tools
  • Marketing and Operations compliance. Build and run the program that keeps advertising, promotional, and CRM content compliant—coordinating legal, regulatory, and medical/clinical review of claims and creative, maintaining substantiation and approval records, managing the review queue and turnaround times, and partnering with Marketing and Brand to bake compliance into their workflows. Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Regulatory teams to operationalize compliance across sourcing, manufacturing, and fulfillment
  • Cross-functional coordination. Serve as the connective tissue between Legal and business teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, AI/Privacy). Run intake, triage incoming requests, coordinate stakeholder input, escalate matters that require senior legal review, and track issues to resolution
  • Risk assessments & documentation. Project-manage risk assessments, audits, and reviews; maintain program artifacts such as trackers, inventories, records of decisions, and audit trails; and prepare status reporting and metrics that give leadership clear visibility into program health
  • Scale & tooling. Identify where process, automation, and systems can create leverage; evaluate and implement tooling; and drive change management so new programs and workflows are adopted and sustained

Benefits

  • Full healthcare: High-coverage medical, dental & vision coverage for individuals and families
  • Generous PTO: Take the time you need, when you need it - including generous parental leave
  • Retirement planning: Take advantage of our 401(k) plan including contribution matching
  • Work from anywhere: We are a remote-first company, so you can work from anywhere you like in the uS
  • Robust compensation: We offer competitive salary bands and stock options
  • Employee discount: Employees can take advantage of product discounts
  • Utility stipend: A extra $75 each month to cover extra cell phone, internet, or data usage
  • Spending accounts: Options for additional HSA and FSA plans to help toward healthcare costs
