What You'll Do:

• Lead mobility programs, accessible transportation services, and customer experience initiatives.
• Oversee ADA compliance, paratransit operations, and alternative mobility programs.
• Develop and mentor a customer-focused team committed to service excellence.
• Drive strategic improvements that enhance accessibility and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to improve transportation services.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of ADA regulations, accessibility requirements, and compliance.
• Experience with paratransit operations, mobility services, or related programs.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• A strategic mindset with a passion for improving the communities we serve.
