What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for making covering for separate PSU bills with all the documents and put the hospital stamp properly.
- Ensure that all PSU bills should be properly attached (with all concern documents) with hospital stamp.
- Ensure that DGEHS, bills should be properly attached with investigation papers, doctor’s stamps, hospital stamp with wrappers for OP & IP bills (only in IP, Above Rupee 5000/-).
- Ensure that NDMC bills should be properly fill (forms) & attached with investigation papers, doctor’s stamps, hospital stamp with wrappers OP & IP bills (Wrapper only attached with IP Bills).
- Responsible for making covering individual bills attached with forms & PMO letter (OP & IP) for Prime Minister Office.
- To maintain the bill submission 3 days TAT of all PSU’s bills submission.
- To maintain the bill submission 7 days TAT of all PSU’s bills which are submitted once in month.
- Maintain the individual files for all panels/PSU.
