Manager on Duty

Key Responsibilities

• Shift Operations: Supervise and coordinate the smooth functioning of Outpatient Departments (OPD), Inpatient Departments (IPD), the Emergency Department, and support services.
• Bed & Admission Management: Oversee patient flow, admissions, discharges, and capacity or bed allocation across all units.
• Emergency & Incident Response: Coordinate response protocols for medical codes, mass casualties, fires, or utility failures, and manage critical incidents.
• Patient & Family Relations: Handle patient grievances, address immediate concerns, and ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Bridge communication between doctors, nursing teams, security, housekeeping, pharmacy, and engineering.
• Compliance & Reporting: Monitor adherence to safety regulations and standards (such as NABH), document shift events, and escalate urgent matters to on-call executives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
