Role & responsibilities

• Manage and monitor activities of all employees in the Front Office, Billing, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance department, making sure that they adhere to the standards of excellence and to the guidelines set in the hospital policies and procedures, coaching, training and correcting where ever needed.

• To maintain the team, ensuring that skills and standards are trained, demonstrated and maintained throughout the team.

• Take a complete facility round every day.

• Conduct Briefing for all staff during Night Shift (HK, F&B, Attendants, Maintenance, and Security, billing, pharmacy and Front office).

• Inform all Overnight staff of night activities, new patients and VIP patients arrivals

• Maintain a professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times in the hospital.

• Accompanying seniors/authority on daily hospital rounds.

• To ensure that patient needs are anticipated and all requests are attended.

• Handle, Follow up and communicate any comments or complaints. Pass on to relevant HODs or manager if unable to handle.

• Ensuring public areas, patient care areas are kept clean and tidy.

• Ensuring accurate completion of the daily night report in a timely manner.

• Ensure & report the unnecessary use of water or Electricity in the premises.

• Oversee preparation of daily summary reports.

• Report any suspicious persons, activities and/or hazardous conditions to the Security department.

• Provide observation report to Unit Operations Head/CAO/COO on a daily basis

• Perform security audits.

Informing the management about the hospital occurrences during patient and after patient stay.
