MANAGER OPERATIONAL

About the role

Manager Operational responsible for managing and ensuring all operational activities of the company run effectively and efficiently. This role involves coordinating operations across Production, PPIC, Warehouse, QC, Maintenance, and Logistics, while ensuring production targets, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost efficiency are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and ensure all operational activities run effectively and efficiently
• Coordinate operations: Production, PPIC, Warehouse, QC, Maintenance, and Logistics
• Ensure production targets, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost efficiency are achieved
• Monitor and evaluate production processes for Springbed, Matras, Divan, Sandaran, and other products
• Identify operational problems and provide solutions and continuous improvement
• Develop and ensure implementation of SOP, KPI, 5S/5R, Quality Control, and operational work systems
• Optimize use of labor, machinery, materials, and production capacity
• Create operational reports and provide recommendations to Management/Board of Directors
• Lead, develop, and evaluate performance of operational team

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in operational/manufacturing field, with minimum 2–3 years as Manager/Senior Supervisor
• Experience in Furniture, Springbed, Matras, Divan, or similar manufacturing industry is preferred
• Understanding of Production Planning, PPIC, Warehouse, Quality Control, Maintenance, and Logistics processes
• Strong leadership, problem solving, data analysis, and decision-making capabilities
• Accustomed to working based on targets, KPI, efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement
• Understanding of SOP, ISO/Quality Management, 5S/5R and K3 is an added value
• Able to operate Microsoft Excel, Accurate system and create operational reports/dashboards
• Firm, disciplined, communicative, and able to lead teams in dynamic manufacturing work environment
