Manager Operations

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant / hotel / catering operations.
• Ensure smooth functioning of kitchen, service, stores, and housekeeping.
• Monitor food production, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain operational standards and SOPs.
• Recruit, train, and supervise employees.
• Prepare duty rosters and shift schedules.
• Monitor staff performance and discipline.
• Conduct team meetings and training programs.
• Ensure proper grooming and hygiene standards.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure excellent guest experience and service quality.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Control wastage and spoilage.
• Coordinate with chefs and service teams for menu planning.
• Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
• Coordinate purchasing and vendor management.
• Conduct inventory checks and stock audits.
• Ensure proper storage practices.
• Prepare operational budgets.
• Monitor daily sales and expenses.
• Control operational costs and improve profitability.
• Analyze revenue reports and financial performance.
• Ensure proper billing and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits.
• Ensure licenses and certifications are updated.
• Coordinate with management, kitchen, HR, and finance departments.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
• Monitor KPIs and operational targets.
• Implement management policies and business strategies.
• Support promotional activities and special events.
• Analyze market trends and competitors.
• Help improve sales and customer retention.
• Develop strategies to increase business growth.
• Lead and motivate the operations team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
