Manager Operations

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Operations to oversee and coordinate day-to-day hospital operations in Miryalaguda. The role involves managing operational workflows, coordinating with departments, supporting patient services, and ensuring smooth and efficient hospital operations.

Qualifications

• MBA, MHA, or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hospital operations.
• Knowledge of hospital workflows and operational processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and workflows.
• Coordinate with clinical, administrative, billing, and support departments.
• Monitor operational processes to ensure efficient patient services.
• Supervise and coordinate operational staff.
• Identify operational issues and support timely resolution.
• Monitor departmental performance and service standards.
• Maintain appropriate operational records and reports.
• Support implementation of hospital policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with hospital management on operational requirements and improvements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
