Manager, Operations

• Lead a team of staff in medical center and act as the main point of contact for internal & external stakeholders including medical professionals
• Manage center manpower including roster/resources management, coach and train new team members
• Oversee daily center operations, resolve or escalate issues properly to respective departments
• Ensure the team to deliver service professionally & adhere to the operational/clinical protocols; conduct regular audit to measure compliance
• Strengthen staff engagement, communication & performance management
• Participate in ad hoc projects, provide status updates and reporting as appropriate

Job requirements

• Degree or above in health care management, business administration, project management or a related discipline
• Strong leadership experience preferably in managing service operations
• Exposure in healthcare services or corporate wellness is strongly preferred
• Self starter, proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong analytical skills to tackle issues, systematic and methodical in introducing chang
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders across different teams
• Health & wellness related certification/qualification will be an asset
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (word, excel, powerpoint)
