What they need
We are looking for a Manager - Operations to lead and scale student operations across university partnerships, driving seamless processes from onboarding to programme progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead student lifecycle & programme operations
- Drive onboarding, student support & SLAs
- Monitor MIS, dashboards & operational performance
- Build SOPs and scalable processes
- Coordinate with Universities, Academics & Technology
- Drive issue resolution and operational excellence
Looking For:
✔ 6–10 years in Education / EdTech / Operations
✔ Strong process & execution skills
✔ Experience in student-facing operations at scale
✔ Strong MIS, SLA & stakeholder management skills
✔ University / Online Education experience preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Education / EdTech / Operations Managerial level: 6 years (Preferred)
Language:
- English (Required)
