WE’RE HIRING – OPERATIONS MANAGER | GOPALPUR, ODISHA
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily property operations and ensure room/property readiness
* Supervise housekeeping staff, duty rosters and quality standards
* Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, requests and complaints
* Coordinate maintenance, repairs, vendors and supplies
* Monitor inventory, cleanliness, safety and property standards
* Coordinate with the Reservations Team for arrivals, departures & special requests
* Maintain operational reports and ensure a smooth guest experience
Location: Gopalpur, Odisha
Experience: 0–1 years preferred
Qualification: Hotel/Hospitality Management
Salary: ₹17,000 during probation → ₹19,000 after confirmation + Accommodation
