Manager Operations

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
• Oversee billing and revenue cycle management to ensure timely collection of payments from patients.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop policies, procedures, and protocols for OPD services.

Job Requirements :

• 8-24 years of experience in healthcare operations or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of billing, P&L (profit & loss), and revenue cycle management principles.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale hospitals or clinics with multiple departments.
