Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of PMS operations, ensuring accuracy,

regulatory compliance, process efficiency, and seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end PMS and fund accounting, including NAV computation, unit reconciliation, and

expense allocation

• Supervise daily trade execution, liquidity management, and EOD trade bifurcation with custodians for

multiple scheme

• Ensure accuracy of client portfolios on PMS sheets and internal MIS

• Liaise with brokers, custodians, and banks to resolve settlement and operational issues

• Oversee client fund flows, including third-party investments and fee reconciliations

• Review and finalize SEBI regulatory and compliance reports, including monthly and quarterly submissions

Review performance, attribution analysis, and tax computation for overseas clients

• Mentor the operations team while implementing SOPs and process improvements

• Audit of client accounts

• Minimum 3 years experience in PMS operations at a reputed firm

• Strong knowledge of SEBI PMS regulations

• Excellent Excel skills

• High attention to detail and strong analytical ability

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
