Manager | Accounting Reporting Assurance

Job Summary:

The Technical IFRS Manager/Senior is responsible for providing expert guidance on the interpretation and application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), with a strong emphasis on complex and judgmental accounting areas. This role ensures the organization’s financial reporting complies with all relevant IFRS requirements and supports business units, finance teams, and senior management in resolving challenging technical accounting issues.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Professional Certification: Qualified ACCA, ACA, or equivalent.
• Experience: 6–8+ years in accounting or audit with a strong focus on IFRS; Big 4 experience preferred.
• Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of IFRS, particularly in complex areas.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical Ability: Strong judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Tools: Proficient in Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and financial reporting tools.
