Manager- OSM\UIM

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of L2 support engineers to resolve complex technical issues related to OSM (Operational Support Management) systems.
• Provide expert-level guidance on UIM (Unified Information Model) standards and best practices for data management.
• Develop and maintain documentation for knowledge sharing among team members, ensuring consistency in issue resolution processes.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.

Job Requirements :

• 4-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of L2 support, OSM, UIM, UIM concepts.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
