Manager, OTC

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, OTC to join the team of a leader in the Media space.

This role will drive the design and implementation of global order-to-cash processes, with a strong focus on finance transformation and operational consistency. The manager will partner closely with finance, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve billing, cash application, dispute resolution, and customer master data governance. This position also plays a key role in documenting end-to-end processes, resolving system defects, and supporting integration between sales and finance workflows.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement global order-to-cash processes
• Conduct testing and defect resolution for SAP SD/FI-AR modules
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer master data governance
• Act as a liaison for intercompany billing and transformation initiatives
• Document and socialize end-to-end order-to-cash processes across the organization
• Identify and implement improvements in order-to-cash guidelines and automation
• Engage with IT to ensure integration between sales and finance systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in OTC processes or finance transformation
• Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes, especially in media or entertainment
• Experience leading workshops and achieving consensus among diverse teams
• Operational experience in credit management, billing workflows, and cash application
• Technical proficiency with SAP SD, FI-AR, or FSCM modules
• Excellent analytical skills for complex dispute and receivables analysis
