Manager Outsourced Technical Services (OTS) - Benelux

Overview Due to the continued growth of PM Group, we are currently seeking to hire an Recruitment Lead/Manager to lead the recruitment for our site based teams. It is a key role within the organisation to support the business development of PM Group in Benelux. The OTS Lead will be central to growing our OTS (Outsourced technical services) site placement part of the business by working with the existing teams to hire the best talent into the organization, developing a pipeline of potential candidates for future business growth and acting as first point of contact for our strategic clients..

We are looking for someone that has a strong track record in engineering business development & recruitment, a track record of recruiting across Europe and can work easily in both Dutch and English (knowledge of French is an advantage).

Responsibilities The primary function will be to support the full range of recruitment, OTS Sales and Business Development activities in Benelux reporting directly to the Head of Delivery Services in Europe and the Operations Manager Benelux.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities include:

• Support the OTS Business Development identifying new clients, managing / negotiating existing contracts and acting as first point of contact for OTS clients.
• Conducting on site visits/meetings with both PM personnel and clients to develop business and strengthen existing relationships.
• Key objective in the first three months is to develop an OTS Business Plan and support the current business.
• The goal for year 1 is to expand the actual group of Outsourced Technical Resources in full time placements in client sites across Benelux.
• Recruitment for Outsourced Technical Services (Engineers, Project Managers, CQV Engineers, etc) to Life Science clients across Benelux.
• Working with department managers to define key role requirements and lead the hiring process defining recruitment channels, screening, run first interview and final negotiation
• Understanding organisation talent needs across PM Group business units and collaborating with stakeholders for effective execution of requirements.
• Maintaining recruitment systems on a daily basis to ensure information is kept up-to-date.
• Identify and attract talent into the business from a wide variety of on and off line sources (e.g. social networks, executive recruitment, developing networking channels etc.)

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English (knowledge of French is an advantage)
• Reliable in all you do
• Strong understanding of Life Science market in Benelux
