Manager – Payment Posting & Payor Mapping

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage medical billing, payment posting, and denial management processes to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims.
• Oversee the entire revenue cycle from patient registration to claim submission, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze denial trends and implement strategies to reduce denial rates through effective communication with providers and patients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to claims processing, payment posting, and patient accounting.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management (RCM) in a US healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10 coding system and HIPAA regulations.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHRs) systems such as Epic Systems or Cerner.
