Manager - Performance Marketing

Role & responsibilities:-

1. Performance Strategy & Growth

• Develop and execute a full-funnel performance marketing strategy aligned to business acquisition and revenue targets
• Drive new customer acquisition across health insurance products (retail, family floater, etc.)
• Own CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV metrics and continuously optimize for profitability

2. Paid Media Management

• Lead performance across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta, programmatic, affiliates, and aggregator platforms (Policybazaar, etc.)
• Plan, allocate, and optimize large-scale monthly performance budgets
• Identify and test new digital channels for scalable growth

3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

• Optimize landing pages, app funnels, and website journeys to improve conversion rates
• Drive A/B testing, heatmap analysis, funnel drop-off analysis
• Partner with product and tech teams for funnel improvements

4. Data, Analytics & Reporting

• Build robust performance dashboards and reporting frameworks
• Analyze cohort performance, attribution models, and campaign efficiency
• Derive actionable insights from data to improve marketing ROI

5. Martech & Automation

• Leverage CRM tools, marketing automation, and retargeting strategies
• Improve lead nurturing and remarketing journeys
• Implement advanced attribution and tracking mechanisms

6. Agency & Stakeholder Management

• Manage performance marketing agencies and media partners
• Work closely with product, underwriting, sales, and analytics teams
• Present performance insights to leadership with strategic recommendations
