Role Description

The Personal Shopping & Stylist Manager is responsible for delivering premium styling services and personalized shopping experiences. This role is based in the New York City.

The role also involves:

-Develop and support Vetir's vision for personal shopping and styling services.

-Create scalable clienteling programs that strengthen loyalty, retention, and lifetime customer value.

-Establish service standards that reflect a world-class luxury concierge experience.

-Partner with executive leadership to define growth initiatives and customer experience strategies.

-Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of personal shoppers and stylists.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in personal shopping, clienteling, and relationship management within retail,

fashion, or luxury service environments.

• Partner with executive leadership to define growth initiatives and customer experience strategies
• Comfort using digital tools, platforms, and AI-driven systems to support styling decisions, client communication, and workflow management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on collaboration, discretion, and client satisfaction.
• Proven organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple clients, appointments, events and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of current fashion trends, luxury brands, and market dynamics, plus the ability to translate trends into practical, personalized recommendations.
• Background in luxury retail or premium e-commerce with prior experience in the global luxury fashion ecosystem is preferred; knowledge of prestige boutiques, designers, and personal shopping sources.
• Build relationships with luxury brands and vendor partners to create exclusive client experiences.
• Support trunk shows, product launches, private shopping events, and fashion activations.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Passion for fashion, luxury service, and client experience.
