Manager, Personalized Support

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Personalized Support to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $116,960 – $171,900 annually

Responsibilities

• Utilize AI tools to enhance the efficiency of the hiring process
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Participate in team gatherings and strategy meetings as required
• Support orientation and onboarding processes for new hires

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in technology or related fields
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and its application in hiring processes
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven track record of team collaboration and relationship building
