Manager, Physical Therapy

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Physical Therapy to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space.

This remote leadership role will oversee a distributed team of physical therapists delivering high-quality virtual care in a fast-moving digital health environment. You will be responsible for coaching clinicians, strengthening operational execution, and helping ensure the team consistently meets clinical and service expectations. The position partners closely with clinical and operational leaders to improve workflows, support change management, and drive strong patient and business outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a remote team of up to 16 physical therapists to deliver high-quality virtual care
• Support the team in achieving clinical compliance and service-level agreements
• Improve digital health efficiency to create a strong telehealth experience
• Lead operational projects that improve clinical and business outcomes
• Guide the team through changes in workflows and priorities
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to support seamless care delivery

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Active PT license in good standing in the U.S.
• 5+ years of experience managing teams with 6–8 direct reports
• Proven success in achieving clinical and business goals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead teams across all U.S. time zones
