Hiring Range (Minimum to Midpoint): $80,038.40–$104,020.80 annually

About the Role

As the Manager, Physician Services Compliance, you’ll lead key compliance initiatives involving physician coding, billing, documentation, and reimbursement. You’ll guide investigations, educate operational teams, contribute to compliance risk assessments, and supervise Compliance Analysts to help ensure accountability and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead compliance initiatives related to physician services, coding, billing, and reimbursement.
• Investigate potential compliance concerns and provide guidance to operational teams.
• Support compliance risk assessments and work plan development.
• Supervise Compliance Analysts and lead physician-related investigations as assigned.
• Analyze compliance data and collaborate with leadership to address risks and support regulatory compliance.
