With our integrated project delivery approach, we have successfully executed numerous projects worldwide, including advanced intelligence data centers, hyperscale data centers, colocation and cloud-computing data centers using traditional construction as well as modular construction techniques.

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Developing detailed, cost and resource loaded schedule as per project requirements
• Set up schedule in coordination with all disciplines within the team
• Manage client and other stakeholders’ relationships
• Lead a team of project planners
• Ensure adherence to corporate procedures and requirements
• Monitoring progress, updating and maintaining schedule.
• Excellent knowledge of Earned Value Management and reporting
• Production Planning and its implementation
• Developing tender schedules

Show Your Expertise

• Relevant degree in construction
• Experience in Data Centres is essential
• Certification in project management / schedule management
• Good Communication skills
• Primavera P6
• Schedule Risk Analysis
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Lean Construction / Last Planner Tools
