What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Prepare baseline schedule, tracking, monitoring, including cost and resource loading.
- Familiar with contracts, claim procedure, EOT, Time impact analysis.
- Reporting documents daily, weekly, monthly, and look ahead schedules, revenue tracking.
- Recording Risk register, events, and notification as required.
- Client / consultant interface and preparing inputs and submission timely.
- Internal and external stake holders coordination .
Preferred candidate profile
- B.E / B.Tech Civil + NICMAR (Added Advantage)
- Minimum 15+ years Exp from Reputed civil contractor firm / main contractor.
- Experienced in High rise building construction is a must.
- Familiar with Primavera P6
