Manager - Planning (Data Centre)

• Develop and maintain the data centre's strategic capacity planning roadmap, forecasting future power, space, and cooling needs to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
• Oversee the design and implementation of data centre facility upgrades and expansions, coordinating with engineering, operations, and vendor teams to meet project timelines and budget.
• Establish and enforce capacity management policies and procedures, optimizing resource utilization and minimizing operational risks.
• Conduct thorough site selection analysis for new data centre facilities, evaluating factors such as power availability, network connectivity, and geographic risk.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 10-18 years of progressive experience in data centre operations, facilities management, or strategic planning.
• Proven track record in capacity planning, space, power, and cooling management within large-scale data centre environments.
• Expertise in data centre design principles, infrastructure technologies (e.g., UPS, generators, CRAC/CRAH units), and TIA-942 standards.
