Manager Planning MEP- Data Center

Role & responsibilities

• Developing planning strategy and standards for datacenter and industrial projects
• Leading and managing planning team members and activities
• Developing comprehensive project schedules and planning methodologies
• Setting work programs and milestone targets aligned with project objectives
• Managing schedule performance across multiple concurrent projects
• Overseeing critical activity monitoring and critical path management
• Preparing strategic work programs and progress documentation
• Analyzing schedule performance and implementing recovery actions
• Providing strategic advice to Project Management on schedule performance
• Leading vendor coordination and delivery schedule management
• Managing multi-disciplinary coordination and stakeholder engagement
• Conducting planning workshops and schedule reviews
• Mentoring and developing junior and mid-level planners
• Establishing planning process improvements and best practices
• Reporting on planning performance and project schedule status
• Supporting business development with planning expertise
• Coordinating with design consultants and all stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling
• 2+ years of proven planning management or team leadership experience
• Demonstrated success managing planning functions on complex projects
• Expert proficiency in MS Project and advanced MS Office
• Extensive experience in datacenter and large industrial projects
• Strong project management and scheduling expertise
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strategic business acumen for project planning
