Key Responsibilities

• 8+ years of experience in EPC and Project Management in the Metro Rail construction related industries.
• Experience in Stakeholder Management, Project Planning, Monitoring and Control, Project Management and Contracts for Metrorail projects.
• Hands on experience on various software like Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• As the Manager, lead the development of project plans encompassing scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define objectives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Implement project control mechanisms to monitor progress and address deviations effectively.
• Oversee resource planning and allocation, identifying and resolving constraints to optimize resource utilization.
• Continuously improve project planning processes and drive initiatives to implement best practices and lessons learned.
