What they need
- Draft, implement, and maintain company policies, SOPs, and process manuals.
- Document and update bank/NBFC-wise loan processes and documentation requirements.
- Define clear workflows and handoffs between Sales, Operations, and Credit teams.
- Develop and maintain sales incentive and channel partner payout policies.
- Translate lender credit norms into structured rules and software parameters.
- Coordinate with the Tech team for software updates, feature rollouts, and UAT.
- Conduct process audits and compliance checks to ensure policy adherence.
- Train employees on policies, SOPs, and process changes.
- Ensure policies are updated in line with RBI guidelines and lender requirements.
- Maintain the SOP library, version control, and approval records.
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements across departments.
- Coordinate with department heads and the MD to implement process changes.
