MANAGER PPIC

About the role

PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) Supervisor/Manager responsible for managing production planning, material control, and inventory across raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and control production planning
• Monitor and control material requirements and availability
• Track Planning vs Actual Production performance
• Control inventory for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods
• Identify production bottlenecks and potential delays
• Ensure achievement of production targets and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with Marketing, Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and Quality Control departments
• Prepare PPIC reports and analysis for management

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing PPIC
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as PPIC Supervisor/Manager
• Experience in furniture or manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in Production Planning, MRP, MPS, BOM, and Inventory Control
• Understanding of production capacity and material control
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines
• Excellent communication and cross-departmental coordination skills
