Manager, Practice Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Practice Operations to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will oversee operational workflows that support frontline care teams and help ensure a smooth experience across clinical and non-clinical functions. The manager will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes, strengthen onboarding, and drive efficient execution of high-priority initiatives. This is an opportunity to shape day-to-day operations in a high-growth, tech-enabled care environment while improving the experience for both internal teams and patients.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve operational processes for frontline teams in collaboration with cross-functional departments
• Run onboarding for clinical and non-clinical frontline teams and ensure a seamless experience
• Execute high-priority special projects from kickoff through completion, translating goals into actionable plans
• Manage the support desk for frontline teams, resolve tickets, and improve self-service options
• Identify opportunities to enhance team experiences and optimize operational workflows

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations; high-growth or tech-enabled care delivery experience preferred
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Proven track record of improving, automating, and building processes
• Familiarity with technology and automation to streamline workflows; Airtable knowledge is a plus
• Proactive and resourceful with a strong focus on ownership and problem-solving
