Manager - Pre- Contract Management

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage contracts from initiation to execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Conduct thorough redlining of contracts to identify potential issues and propose amendments as needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve contract-related matters and provide guidance on contractual requirements.

Job Requirements :

• 10-15 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
• Strong skills in drafting, negotiation, redlining, and vetting contracts.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex contracts from start to finish.
