Why this role matters

Legal and compliance work runs on research, precedent and judgement. At Lexlegis.ai, we're rebuilding it with GenAI: faster research, sharper answers and workflows that used to take days now take minutes.

Our product is only as persuasive as the person showing it. As Manager – Presales, you'll be that person. You'll be the technical voice that turns a sceptical General Counsel, a cautious InfoSec team or a court lawyer into a customer. You'll decide how lexlegis.ai is shown to the market, and you'll build the team that does it.

What you'll own

One number: technical win rate. Across every segment, every demo, every POC and every RFP.

Win deals

• Lead presales end to end, from lead qualification to the final technical sign-off.
• Run proof-of-concepts with clear success criteria agreed up front, so each one ends in a decision.
• Own enterprise RFPs, technical tender responses and security/DPDP questionnaires.
• Build solution narratives, demo scenarios and technical-commercial proposals that make buyers want to say yes.

Build the demo playbook

• Create a standard demo library and segment-specific scripts for enterprises, tax teams, law firms and government.
• Tell stories in your demos instead of walking through features.

Make the whole sales team stronger

• Train junior team on the product, competitive positioning and objection handling.
• Route qualified leads to field sales and work with them through to closure.

Shape the product

• Bring customer feedback and product gaps to the Product team, ranked by priority and backed by real deal context. Your input will influence the roadmap.

Who you'll work with

You'll be in the room with people who don't impress easily:

• Knowledge Management Heads and Tax Heads
• IT and InfoSec teams
• Government and court officers
• Product Champions and domain evaluators

You'll thrive here if you have

• 7–9 years in presales or solution consulting, ideally in SaaS, LegalTech, GRC, analytics or AI-search.
• 2+ years leading a small Solution Engineering team.
• Owned enterprise RFPs and InfoSec responses yourself, not just contributed to them.
• A knack for demo storytelling, POC governance and clear, persuasive writing.
• The ability to enable others, whether that's your SEs or the wider sales team.

Bonus points

• You've demoed LLM or RAG-based research products.
• You hold a law degree or CA qualification. We love lawyers and CAs who moved into solution consulting.
