Manager, Presentation Design

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Presentation Design to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will oversee the day-to-day operation of a presentation design function, ensuring work is prioritized effectively and delivered with a high standard of quality. You will partner closely with internal clients and team leadership to manage workflow, clarify requirements, and keep projects moving in a fast-paced remote environment. The position also plays a key role in mentoring designers, supporting team development, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and productivity.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage the shift workflow and daily operations of the presentation design team.
• Triage, prioritize, and clarify incoming project requirements with clients.
• Monitor team performance, adjust assignments, and assist during peak workload periods.
• Provide feedback and mentorship to support career development of designers.
• Conduct quality control reviews to ensure deliverables meet brand standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records in relevant systems.
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and skills gap analysis.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in presentation, graphic design, or marketing.
• 3-5 years of proven leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of design principles and industry standards in marketing and financial services.
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and proficiency in relevant software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in quality control and team development initiatives.
• Embraces AI technologies to improve workflows and operational efficiencies.
