Manager, Pricing Analyst

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Pricing Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will lead pricing analysis for complex proposals tied to government contracting and other mission-critical programs. You will work closely with technical, finance, and proposal teams to develop accurate pricing strategies that support competitive pursuits and sound business decisions. The position also plays a key role in customer negotiations, audit support, and the evaluation of financial risk and opportunity across proposals.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Compile cost and technical elements for complex proposals in accordance with FAR guidelines
• Analyze cost burdening and fee applications to support accurate pricing
• Prepare financial summaries and insights for management
• Lead customer negotiations and audits
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform pricing strategies
• Assess the financial implications of pricing strategies
• Identify and quantify proposal risks and opportunities

Qualifications

• University degree with 8 years of experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience
• Active U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of U.S. government contracting regulations
