Manager, Private Equity Finance

About the role

We are looking for qualified CPA with deal advisory/ transaction services experience from Big 4 to join our client in their finance team, partnering and supporting their investment deal teams, performing financial due diligence and help manage portfolio companies.

Summary of the role and key responsibilities

• Collaborate with acquisition, asset management, and capital market teams on deal execution and management.
• Assist in due diligence processes by engaging with financial advisors and reviewing their reports.
• Review transaction and financing documents, including agreements related to acquisitions and financing activities.
• Help establish investment structures and prepare funds flow files for deal closings, coordinating with treasury teams.
• Manage reporting processes, including reviewing monthly accounts and quarterly financial reports.
• Coordinate funding activities with teams across different regions.

Key skills required

• CPA with at 5 - 6 years of experience, gained from Big Four accounting firm transactional services/ deal advisory team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with strong data processing skills.
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English; ability to work effectively across global teams.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
