About Pandora Production Vietnam:

Pandora’s new jewellery crafting facility is located in the Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Park III (VSIP III), about 40 km north of Ho Chi Minh City. When fully scaled, the state-of-the-art facility will produce up to 60 million jewellery pieces annually and employ around 7,000 craftspeople. It is powered entirely by renewable energy and built to LEED Gold certification standards.

Job Summary:

Lead the team of process engineers to maintain and improve the production process as well as seeking a newness technique improvement both process and quality under an improvement project and/or process optimization. Work with the center and cross functional department to collaborate on any improvement and problem solving in production process to support plant KPIs. Play a role as a contact point with other plants process engineer leader for sharing and benchmarking knowledge and techniques. Develop team to meet the company strategy with best-in-class manufacturing.

Key accountabilities:

1. Strategic results

• Support Sr. manager to drive strategic & tactical decisions for the production units and align resources to deliver key functional objectives in alignment with C&S strategic goals.
• Support strategy project across the company.

2. Best-in-class manufacturing

• Oversee and create best-in-class jewelry production operations, maintain high standards of operations and adopt of best-practices to ensure consistency across production units.

3. Customer centricity

• Support Sr. manager to deliver the best of PANDORA, innovate & adopt new manufacturing techniques and stay true to design objectives.

4. Financial results

• Ensure low production cost, on-time delivery, and high production quality.
• Work with finance team to deliver exact process improvement cost saving number and tracking.
• Work with finance to establish a business case for project improvement and ensure CAPEX delivers on track.
• Manage cost and time constraints.

5. Quality

• Coordinate with Quality to implement medium and long term corrective actions improving/ eliminating quality.
• Supervise and Lead a diagnose quality issue, determine solution thought make a solve thru root cause analysis.
• Supervise and lead manufacturing technicians in their duties.
• Agree to changes/ updates of standard time, work instruction, and other manufacturing parameters; ensure effectiveness of the change management process.

6. Collaborative

• Openly engage stakeholders for critical activities. Take accountability and ensure effective collaboration with all functions.
• Streamline communication and alignment between PEx, I&PD, Quality, FM and Production, as well as deployment of best practices across production units.

7. People & Inspirational leadership

• Improve and sustain eNPS to be within the top quartile. Develop strong internal leadership pipeline, with focus on developing local talent.
• Build a diverse and trust-based leadership team, manned with ideal team players who work as a true team across sub-functions. Embody strong culture of collaboration.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in large-scale and labor-intensive manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required; knowledge of TQM and TPM is preferred.
• Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills.
• Proven experience in project management, performance management, and evaluation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and rational problem-solving skills, with sound decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis, communication, presentation, and negotiation.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable, with a strong “can-do” attitude.
