Manager, Process Improvement & Operational Excellence-Salesforce SME (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Process Improvement & Operational Excellence-Salesforce SME (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will drive process improvement and operational excellence efforts across key healthcare operations, with a strong focus on improving workflows, customer experience, and compliance-related campaigns.

The ideal candidate will partner closely with cross-functional teams, translate data and system behavior into actionable insights, and help define future-state processes with clear metrics and accountability.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives across various operational areas
• Support customer experience processes and compliance-related campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and optimize workflows
• Analyze system behaviors and workflows to pinpoint improvement opportunities
• Define metrics and accountability for future-state processes

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in process improvement and operational excellence roles
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Genesys platforms
• Proven ability to translate complex data into operational insights
• Experience in integrated, enterprise system environments
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• At least 7 years of healthcare operations experience, including Medicare and Medicaid
