Manager - Process Quality ( Non Ferrous Foundry)

Experience Requirement:

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
• Experience in handling quality issues from identification through root-cause analysis and closure.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving quality improvement projects.
• Experience with audits, customer complaints, CAPA, and quality documentation.

Role & responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with defined quality requirements and specifications.
• Identify quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Prepare and maintain quality-related documentation, reports, and records.
• Analyze identify areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, rework, rejection, and customer complaints.
• Conduct inspections and ensure proper implementation of quality control plans.
• Train employees on quality, standards, and best practices.
• Lead or participate in improvement methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, CAPA, PDCA, and Kaizen.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in metallurgy.
• Certification in Quality Management, Six Sigma, Internal Auditor, or Lead Auditor is an advantage.
• Experience with quality tools such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, APQP, 8D, and Pareto analysis is preferred.
