Role & responsibilities
Preparation of internal Cost Estimates as per Min wage rules, Compliances, statutory, etc.
Explore & develop New Vendors for Manpower services.
Meeting & understanding business requirement regarding the type
of services they need, scope of work along with skill level required
to perform those task from user dept./ business
Preferred candidate profile
8+ years of overall experience
5+ years of functional experience
3+ years in relevant industry
Knowledge of Labor laws, Statutory compliances, etc (Preferred)
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
B.Tech. / Graduation/ other Relevant
