MANAGER, PROCUREMENT

Key responsibilities

• Drive cost-effective sourcing, tendering, and contracting strategies in compliance with KOPETRO policies and procedures.
• Establish and monitor the Vendor Management System (VMS) to maximize value creation and ensure vendor compliance and performance.
• Enforce security and integrity during the bidding, evaluation, and award stages in strict adherence to KOPETRO procedures and Limit of Authority (LOA).
• Plan and oversee the yearly operational budget (OPEX) and material optimization strategies for Supply Chain Management (SCM) activities.
• Build and maintain strong networking rapport with vendors, suppliers, and market players to secure long-term business relationships.
• Foster a positive working culture emphasizing teamwork, work-life balance, and quality to align with KOPETRO initiatives.

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent field (relevant working experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications).
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a related field.
