Qualification:- BE/Diploma Civil Engineering

Job location:- Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on project requirements.
• Collection of vendor quotations as per the approved BOQ and specifications.
• Rate negotiation with vendors to achieve competitive pricing and commercial terms.
• Preparation of Comparative Statements (CS) for evaluating vendor quotations.
• Preparation of Consolidated Statements for management review and approval.
• Follow-up with clients for NFA (Note for Approval) and timely approval of procurement proposals.
• Working knowledge of SAP for procurement and related transactions.
• Preparation and issuance of Work Orders (WO) and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Follow-up with vendors for material supply, delivery schedules, and order fulfillment.
• Coordination with the Accounts/Finance team for vendor payments and resolution of payment-related queries.
