Manager Procurement

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business requirements.
• Manage sourcing, vendor selection, negotiations, contracts, and purchase activities.
• Develop strong supplier relationships and ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
• Lead the procurement team and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, inventory requirements, and supplier performance.
• Coordinate with Finance, Production, Stores, and other departments for smooth procurement operations.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• 6–8 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing organizations.
• Strong experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, negotiations, and cost control.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/procurement systems.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
