Job Description

• Monitor procurement costs, budgets, contract values, variations, and delivery schedules
• Review project requirements, budgets, specifications, and schedules to identify procurement needs and priorities
• Review purchase requests from other departments and facilitate logistics
• Maintain complete procurement and contract records and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes
• Prepare procurement progress reports and provide updates and recommendations to senior management
• Ensure timely procurement of critical and long-lead items to support project delivery
• Past experience with Odoo will be an added advantage
