Manager Procurement Contract Manpower Services

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage contracts from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop effective solutions through contract negotiations.
• Oversee the servicing of existing contracts, including monitoring performance metrics and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure seamless delivery of goods and services.

Job Requirements :

• 9-16 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of manpower planning, procurement processes, and contractual agreements.
• Proven track record in developing successful contract strategies that drive business growth.
