Manager, Procurement (IT and Innovation)

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Procurement professional (Individual Contributor) to add value to RWS’ business units’ IT and Innovation solution needs. Excellent product knowledge to advise the right technology solutions, services and partnerships that support the company’s goals. The ideal candidate combines good commercial acumen with technology insight, leveraging market knowledge and intelligence, and supplier relationships to unlock business opportunities, mitigate risk and enable digital transformation. 1. Strategic Procurement & Vendor Management

• Manage sourcing and category management activities for indirect service categories with deep category knowledge and influence
• Manage and lead procurement activities for materials, equipment, services and supplies from vendors.
• Lead end-to-end procurement (RFI/RFQ/RFP) for technology solutions and services, including sourcing, negotiation, commercial analysis and award recommendations
• Negotiate commercial terms to ensure value-for-money and cost efficiency
• Execute all contractual matters of assigned projects and ensure that they are dealt with effectively and within reasonable timeframe and in accordance with management’s decision
• Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies and processes

2. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with business needs
• Support cross-functional initiatives such as benchmarking, market intelligence, and Centre of Excellence projects

3. Sustainability & Certification

• Promote sustainability through initiatives like local sourcing and supplier emission reduction programs
• Maintain knowledge of technology-related product certifications

4. Performance & KPI Achievement

• Drive procurement activities to meet company and team-level KPIs

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Management or equivalent discipline
• Minimum of 5-8 years of procurement experience; prior experience in managing IT indirect services is a must
• Experience in using Ariba or SAP would be an advantage
• Proficiency with MS Word & MS Excel
